All invoices are due within the payment term outlined in your agreement or service contract.
Late payments may result in service suspension, access restriction, or fee penalty charges.
For monthly or long-term storage, prepaid arrangements or security deposits may apply.

Container City® will not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, government restrictions,
or third-party vendor failure.
Unless Container City® implements strict yard control, it shall not be liable for damage due to improperly
packed, stacked, or stored goods.
Clients are advised to maintain insurance coverage for cargo, vehicles, or stored items.

All data shared with Container City® via website forms or email is handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy.
No personal or commercial data is shared with third parties without consent.

Container City® reserves the right to terminate access or refuse service for any misuse, violation of terms, or
non-payment.
Clients must vacate storage or office premises upon contract expiration or termination notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any disputes shall be resolved through Qatari legal channels or arbitration as agreed upon in the
service agreement.
